Overview
The soccer program has been one of our longest running programs in CVYAA. With a large enrollment of students Pre-K through sixth grade, soccer is a definite favorite among CVES students and families. Students are typically split into three age groups and practices and scrimmages take place at CVES soccer fields. Soccer offers one of the best ways to get in top physical shape through a combination of sprinting and endurance running as well as agility skills and drills.In addition to the physical benefits, soccer builds self-confidence and social skills. Playing on a team encourages communication with teammates and shared responsibility to work together. As parents it is extremely important that we teach and involve our children in sports to instill healthy living and healthy relationships with friends, and soccer does just that!
Players
All Choconut Valley Elementary Boys & Girls Pre-K (age 4) through sixth grade
When:
Fall program is held at the Choconut Valley Elementary School soccer fields..
Cost:
$20 per player with a $40 cap per family.-
